Eligibility for Returns

• Products must be returned within 7 days of receiving them.
• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Due to hygiene reasons, used/opened intimate products are non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items bought on sale or promotional offers.
• Opened perfume/intimate hygiene products.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days.

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photo of the item (if applicable)
